We have supplied a 65T tilting rotary furnace that recovers aluminium from the slag and recycles the low quality scrap, providing profitable metal yields and high energy efficiency. This furnace is fully integrated into Industry 4.0 within the Beyond Platform.

This turnkey plant is fully sensorized for data adquisition and fully integrated into the Beyond 4.0 platform. The plant includes 7 furnaces that recover any type of scrap and reduce the metal losses reaching high levels of productivity and efficiency. Out of those are 3 rotary furnaces, 3 holding furnaces and 1 vortex furnace.
